Job Description
Kasa is a leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. The Leasing Agent will drive top-line and ancillary revenue streams by filling need periods for each property assigned through mid-term rental opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of revenue-based experience in the apartment leasing or corporate housing industry
- Strong understanding of lease terms and contracts
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry's reservations landscape and the real estate industry's rental/leasing landscape
