As an Account Manager, you will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and business goals, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and work with customers to align strategies for mutual success.
Requirements
- Fluent German knowledge
- 2+ years of experience in the DACH market
- Sales-oriented, passionate, driven, and motivated to earn high sales commissions
- Proven inside sales experience in a key-driven, fast-paced sales environment
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
- Motivated, coachable, and competitive - resilient, goal-driven, and with strong will to win and convince
- Team player with very good organizational skills and strong communication and social skills
- Creation of weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-week sales forecasts
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to successfully manage leads, opportunities, and accounts
