IT Support Technician will provide end-user IT support to enable daily operations and mission success, troubleshoot technical problems, and resolve or escalate issues. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, Windows operating systems knowledge, and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Experience providing hands-on IT support in a desktop or service desk environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with user account management, permissions, and directory services (e.g., Active Directory)
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Experience documenting technical issues, resolutions, and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
