Job Description
KBR is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide end-user IT support for daily operations and mission success. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative environment that values responsiveness, teamwork, and customer service.
Requirements
- Provide desktop, peripheral, and user access support for office personnel, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and standard business applications.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with IT policies and security requirements.
- Respond to service desk tickets, diagnose technical problems, and resolve or appropriately escalate issues.
- Track IT assets, support equipment moves and upgrades, and maintain accurate inventory records.
