Job Description
KBR is seeking a Sr. Capture Manager to develop captures and campaigns in the Readiness & Sustainment Solutions business unit. The role includes research and analysis of business opportunities, evaluation of projects through financial feasibility studies, and leading sales and technical teams to grow profitable revenue for the company.
Requirements
- Typically 15 years' experience in operations and Business Development in support of Federal civilian agency clients
- Customer Engagement and experience with the Department of War and/or FedCiv programs
- Strong relationships with industry leaders and demonstrated success building customer relationships
- Proven experience leading a team to capture and win on projects in excess of $500M
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams (proposals, sales, executives, functional support)
- Ability to communicate effectively to executive and senior leadership
