Operations Supervisor

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift (6:30pm -7am) production team in our Muncy, PA plant. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes
• High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing
• Ability to work evenings
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution
