Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor to lead night shift production team at Kansas City plant. Oversee shift operations, drive productivity, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Substantial, proven supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience leading people in a manufacturing or production environment
• Working knowledge of safety and/or quality management systems and programs
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands
• A leadership style that promotes accountability, engagement, and consistent execution
