Job Description
International company in technological solutions and marketing for the automotive industry seeks a CRM Manager with experience in selling CRM or similar technologies. The successful candidate will position Optima CRM as one of the solutions with the highest participation and impact in the Mexican automotive industry by 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration or Systems Engineering or related field
- Desirable: specialization or diploma in Customer Relationship Management, Applied Artificial Intelligence or Business Intelligence
- Monday to Friday work from 8:30 am to 6 pm
- Intermediate English
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in CRM sales or similar technologies for the automotive industry, in CRM, customer management, marketing automation or technological solutions areas
- Experience in consultative sales and technological project development B2B, ideally for dealers, automotive groups or brands in the industry
- Solid knowledge of CRM platforms (SICOP, Salesforce, DealerSocket, HubSpot, etc.) and experience in implementations of this type of platforms or migrations
- Proven experience in B2B CRM sales and/or projects with AI components, automation, data analytics or virtual agents for the Automotive Industry
- Technical expertise and deep understanding of how to integrate CRM, AI, and BI in commercial processes
- Availability to travel
