The Sales Manager will be commercially responsible for companies in the monogastrics division, developing a tactical plan to achieve sales targets and retain and increase sales of products and services in the state of PR (Western and Southwestern region).
Requirements
- Manage sales to ensure the target of the company's accounts in the region is met
- Develop a tactical plan to achieve the target of the strategic plan for the region
- Interact with the Technical and Marketing departments to develop and make viable the sales plan, campaigns, and launches
- Conduct market research on demands and competition, interacting with the Technical and Marketing departments
- Manage projects related to the development of new products
- Make the service available according to client demands and systems
- Validate the precise sales forecast of clients
- Participate in the development and coordinate sales incentive programs
- Prepare presentations for sales prospecting following internal standards
- Manage customer relationship activities
- Promote territory management for portfolio growth, aligning communication with other departments and BUS
- Manage the customer list, including the process of financial billing, aiming for mutual profitability
- Participate in fairs and events, in order to tighten relationships with customers and distributors, favoring business
- Cumprir with company norms and policies, including price tables
