In this role, the Sales Manager will commercially serve companies in the monogastrics division, developing a tactical plan aligned with the annual strategic plan, aiming to retain and increase sales of products and services in the state of PR (West and Southwestern Region).

Requirements

• Manage sales to ensure the target of the company's accounts in the region
• Develop the tactical plan to achieve the target of the strategic plan for the region
• Interact with the Technical and Marketing departments to develop and make the sales plan, campaigns, and launches viable
• Conduct market research on demands and competition
• Manage projects related to the development of new products
• Validate the sales forecast of customers with precision
• Participate in the development and coordinate the sales incentive programs
• Prepare presentations for sales prospecting following internal standards
• Manage customer relationship activities
• Manage the customer card, including the financial collection process from the customer
• Participate in fairs and events to tighten relationships with customers and distributors
• Comply with company standards and policies
