Director of Facilities Services

The Director of Facilities Services is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and ongoing improvement of the Kendal at Lexington campus. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and have experience in healthcare facilities, particularly long-term care or Life Plan Communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare facilities, particularly long-term care or Life Plan Communities, preferred
• Thorough knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, security, grounds, and building systems
