General Operator - Abattoir

Requirements

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong character: hardworking, self‐motivated, and dependable.
• Consistently meet production targets while maintaining the required line speed.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Operate machinery safely once full training has been provided.
• Prior knife skills and butchery experience in a fast‐paced food manufacturing environment are an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and support additional tasks as required by the Line Supervisor.
• Commitment to safety, following all site guidelines and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.
• Effective communication skills to support smooth team operations.
