Skilled Abattoir Operators

We are seeking experienced operatives to join our factory processing team in the Abattoir Department of Kepak Cork. The successful candidates will have a strong background working in an abattoir or boning hall environment and must demonstrate proven knife skills. Requirements

• Previous experience in an abattoir or boning hall
• Proven and competent knife skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Consistently meet production targets and maintain required line speed
• Comfortable with the physical nature of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods
