Kern Medical has been a community cornerstone since its founding in 1867. Today, we are an acute care teaching center with 222 beds, offering a range of primary, specialty, and multi-specialty services. We care for 15,500 inpatients and 125,000 clinic patients a year.
Requirements
- Completion of an approved educational program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician's Assistant training program
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
- Possession of a valid certificate issued by the Board of Registered Nursing or California Board of Medical Quality Assurance
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) card
