Requirements
- Developing and structuring Learning & Development at Keylane in an international context
- Identifying and analyzing development needs within the organization and translating them into suitable learning initiatives
- Coordinating, optimizing, and developing learning programs focused on technical, professional, and consultancy skills in an IT environment
- Analyzing participation, feedback, and learning effectiveness to continuously improve programs
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external providers on learning activities and development initiatives
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring training and Academy programs
- Managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated processes
- Organizing and facilitating Academy events, communication, and initiatives that contribute to a strong learning culture at Keylane
