We are looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to support Business Unit Netherlands in their development and help teams perform optimally, playing a crucial role in further professionalizing Learning & Development within an international, fast-growing organization.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and optimize training programs according to the 70-20-10 model for learning and development;
- Design and improve onboarding, talent, and leadership programs;
- Translate learning needs and skill gaps into concrete and scalable learning solutions;
- Advise management on learning, talent development, and workforce development;
- Implement the L&D strategy within BU Netherlands, in line with the EMEA guidelines;
- Coordinate program and tender management for all training and certification programs within BU Netherlands;
- Switch between international projects and local business needs;
- Monitor training results and continuously improve based on data and feedback;
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS);
- Coach managers and team leaders in applying training in practice;
- Signal trends and opportunities in the field of Learning & Development;
- Actively contribute to the further growth and professionalization of L&D within Workrate.
