We are looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner who will work as a strategic sparring partner for Business Unit Netherlands, supporting employees in their development and helping teams perform optimally. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing learning programs, and further professionalizing Learning & Development within an international organization.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and optimize training programs according to the 70-20-10 model for learning and development.
- Design and improve onboarding, talent, and leadership programs.
- Translate learning needs and skill gaps into concrete and scalable learning solutions.
- Advise management on learning, talent development, and workforce development.
- Implement the L&D strategy within BU Netherlands, in line with the EMEA guidelines.
- Coordinate program and tender management for all training and certifications within BU Netherlands.
- Switch between international projects and local business needs.
- Monitor training results and continuously improve based on data and feedback.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coach managers and team leaders in applying training in practice.
- Signal trends and opportunities in the field of Learning & Development.
- Actively contribute to the further growth and professionalization of L&D within Workrate.
