We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and collaborate with various departments to create and activate audience segments. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and scalable audiences, driving personalized and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Build and maintain marketing audience segments based on CRM Strategy and Media requirements.
- Translate marketing use cases into clear audience definitions, ensuring consistent naming and taxonomy.
- Partner with CRM, Media, and Data Analytics teams to validate audience logic and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with Data Analytics to understand data sources and limitations, using SQL and other tools for data exploration.
- Investigate new audience opportunities by analyzing customer behavior and engagement.
- Activate and manage audiences within CRM platforms, ensuring QA and testing before campaign launches.
- Identify improvements for audience structure, reusability, and scalability across CRM programs.
- Maintain clear documentation of audience logic and requirements, supporting ongoing governance.
- Assist in troubleshooting audience-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders for efficient resolution.
