The Pastry Chef de Partie will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and professional service to restaurant guests.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience within a similar role in luxury 5 star hotels
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Baking / Pastry Arts degree or completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills to include: Work, Excel, Power Point, Office and Outlook
- Must have a good understanding of health requirements
- Ability to communicate written and verbally in English
