Pastry Cook

The Pastry Cook will prepare all pastry items in accordance with quality, quantity, and presentation standards, and provide excellent guest service.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of prior experience in the pastry department of a high-volume, full-service restaurant or a supportive role
• Time management and organizational ability
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable)
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk up to 8 hours
