Provide restaurant guests with excellent food quality and consistency, and with professional service. Prepare all pastry items for the restaurant according to specifications.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of prior experience in the pastry department of a high-volume, full-service restaurant or a supportive role
- Time management and organizational ability for high-quality food production
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable)
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand/walk up to 8 hours
- Strong creative organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate in written and verbal in English
