Job Description
Join our team at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman as a Chef de Partie and provide excellent food quality and consistency to our restaurant guests. Responsibilities include preparation and cooking of food, supervising culinary functions, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Requirements
- 3 years of previous experience in restaurant and/or culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is preferred
- Time management and organizational ability required for high quality food production
- Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks
