Senior Human Factors Consultant

Ensera Design is seeking a Senior Human Factors Consultant to lead the design, planning, and delivery of high-quality Human Factors studies that support regulatory submissions across global markets. The role takes ownership of medium to large projects and ensures work meets the highest standards of quality, usability insight, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in senior Human Factors roles, ideally including medical devices, digital user interfaces, packaging, labelling, and instructions for use
• High level of technical knowledge and evidenced continuous professional development
• Experience of leading a variety of projects to a high level of quality, on time, and on budget
• Experience of managing and communicating with external clients
• Robust risk management and project management skills including working within design control under a QMS
• Previous line management experience or mentorship experience
