Job Description
Join QinetiQ as a Human Factors Consultant and contribute to delivering Human Factors Integration (HFI) projects for customers. Conduct task and workload analysis, develop user journeys, assess humanâmachine interfaces, and contribute to assurance activities. Work with engineers, designers, end-users, and project teams to consider the human element. Support trials, observations, and evaluation activities to gather real-world insight.
Requirements
- A strong understanding in Human Factors/Ergonomics or Psychology
- Demonstrable experience in Human Factors Integration
- An understanding user-centred design method
