Kiratech is looking for a L2 Cloud Native Support Engineer for its Managed Services Team. The role will involve supporting the management and evolution of Kiratech's monitoring system, and providing second-level technical support to clients on Cloud Native technological perimeters.
Requirements
- Linux system knowledge (preferably with at least one related certification, such as LPIC or RHCE)
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language, particularly Python or Bash
- At least 2-3 years of experience in troubleshooting/incident management, preferably in a 24x7 operational environment and with complex Enterprise clients
- At least 1 year of experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Podman (preferably with at least one related certification, such as CKA)
- Good knowledge of the main infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience in at least one of the following areas/tools: Monitoring tools (Icinga, Zabbix, Grafana, or SCOM), ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Kafka, Cyphon, OpenText Suite (NA, NNMi, OBM, OO, Sitescope)
- Native Italian speaker
- Good knowledge of English from a professional point of view
- Preferred title certifications or demonstrable experience: Cloud Provider Certifications, Kubernetes certifications, experience with CI/CD tools, certifications on monitoring tools, Experience with Dynatrace and/or Splunk, Service Management processes (ITIL)
