Job description
The Customer Support Engineer will work in a diverse, multicultural team to maintain the high performance and productivity of KLA's products through a flexible portfolio of services. The role involves troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, working under pressure, and meeting project deadlines. The team partners with field teams and customers in all business sectors to provide comprehensive services, including proactive management of tools, expertise in optics, image processing, and motion control, and an extensive parts network.
The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, working with customers and field teams to identify and improve performance, and providing expertise in optics, image processing, and motion control. The role will also involve working under pressure and meeting project deadlines.
