KLA is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Kiryat Gat. The company is a US-based innovative technology company that manufactures and supports multi-disciplinary systems in a cleanroom environment. The role offers dynamic challenges and working with outstanding teams to maintain innovative analytical systems.
Perform customer service activities including fixing, intense problem solving, maintaining and repairing of multi-disciplinary equipment in multiple fields at the customer facility in Kiryat Gat. Represent the company to the customer and assume accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
The position requires teamwork as well as independent learning, excellent analytical skills, communication in Hebrew and English, overseas training and ability to work in weekends when necessary. Candidate must have exceptional technical skills, good interpersonal relations, self-motivated and great teammate.
