Job Description
Klaviyo is seeking an Enterprise Partner Account Manager to drive growth by building and deepening relationships with ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of SaaS account management experience and be able to build strong executive relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS account management experience
- Experience supporting and influencing colleagues on cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with enterprise methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDPICC)
- Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals to closure
- AI fluency, including responsible use of AI (including privacy, security, bias awareness, and human-in-the-loop)
