Job Description
Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team in Paris, FR. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working with Mid-market / Enterprise accounts, a background in CRM, Campaign Management, Data and Analytics, Digital, E-Commerce, or Marketing Technology Solutions, and a strong consultative and technical skill set. The role will involve transforming workflows, driving positive Net Revenue Retention, and establishing the candidate as a trusted advisor for Klaviyo’s Mid-Market and Enterprise Businesses.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with Mid-market / Enterprise accounts
- Background in CRM, Campaign Management, Data and Analytics, Digital, E-Commerce, or Marketing Technology Solutions
- Strong consultative and technical skill set
- Experience explaining how to achieve key goals using software with end users
- Track record of creative problem-solving for customers and end users
- Comfortable discussing and supporting commercial conversations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference, and email
- Fluent in French and English to business proficiency
