The Workspace Solutions Senior Manager at KMC is responsible for driving sales conversion through client requirement probing, solutions creation, leading workplace design workshops, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any design and build related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record in solutions creation, negotiations, and deal closures. Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in lead generation and qualification techniques.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in presenting and representing the company.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including RFP preparation and site inspections.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, HubSpot CRM, and other sales management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Knowledge of KYC requirements and payment monitoring practices.
