Job Description
The Knights of Columbus is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Field Agent (FA) recruitment team by executing key programs, managing recruiting operations, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from lead generation through onboarding.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
