Join KnowBe4 as the Director of Sales (LATAM) to lead a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers, driving sales efforts to meet and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue targets for the LATAM Region. This role involves managing sales statistics, pipeline reviews, and CRM optimization, as well as developing and guiding partner activities to foster excellent relationships with new and existing ideal partners in the region.
Requirements
- Manage a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers
- Execute revenue strategies, and exceed KPIs and ARR targets
- Develop and guide partner activities to grow net new revenue
- Conduct pipeline reviews to ensure meticulous pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM optimization
- Collaborate with Director, VP, and EVP to discuss Area specific sales strategies and refine processes and programs
