Join our LATAM Sales team as the leader responsible for growing our presence across LATAM, Spanish-speaking markets. As a Senior Manager of Sales - LATAM, you’ll be a hands-on leader for a high-performing team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Managers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a deep focus on the Latin American market (specifically Spanish-speaking LATAM)
- 5+ years of people management experience in the region, with a proven track record of building teams from scratch and managing diverse personalities through change
- Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, paired with deep cultural awareness of the region
- Mobility: Willingness to travel approximately 30–35% to engage with partners and teams on the ground
- Conflict Resolution: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage channel conflict and build trust across functional teams like Sales Enablement and People Ops
