Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Director of Sales (LATAM) to lead a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers in driving sales efforts to meet and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets for the LATAM Region.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in Latin America
- 5+ years of leadership experience in people management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English
