Requirements
- Design and implement an annual strategy for the Training and Revenue Enablement function aligned with organizational objectives
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key partners
- Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing Training and Revenue Enablement team
- Represent the Training and Enablement Division at executive-level meetings
- Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of rigorous onboarding, training, and product rollout programs
- Manage the implementation and adoption of learning management systems and training technologies
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Audit existing tools and collateral, identify gaps, and oversee the design and adoption of new or improved customer-facing tools and internal communications systems
- Evaluate and manage the tech stack to support revenue teams
- Oversee the management of a content management system (CMS) and regular revenue communications
- Establish metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on business performance
