Job Description
We are looking for a Skills Coach â Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship to support learners on the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship. As a Skills Coach, you will support emerging leaders to develop core management skills, coach learners to build confidence in key leadership areas, and help learners apply leadership models and management tools to real workplace situations.
Requirements
- Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
- Strong understanding of first-line management responsibilities
- Ability to coach and support adult learners from diverse professional backgrounds
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Minimum GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
