Skills Coach – Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

We are seeking a Skills Coach – Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship to support learners on the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship, providing coaching and guidance to help emerging leaders build confidence, capability, and professional identity. The role requires experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
• Strong understanding of first-line management responsibilities
• Ability to coach and support adult learners from diverse professional backgrounds
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Minimum GCSE A*–C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
