Skills Coach – Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

We're looking for a Skills Coach to support learners on the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship. This role involves coaching emerging leaders to develop core management skills, building confidence in leadership areas, and delivering engaging online workshops.

Requirements

• Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
• Strong understanding of first-line management responsibilities
• Ability to coach and support adult learners from diverse professional backgrounds
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Minimum GCSE A*–C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
