Skills Coach – Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

We are looking for a Skills Coach – Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship to support learners on the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship. The role involves coaching emerging leaders to develop core management skills and building confidence in key leadership areas such as communication, problem-solving, and team motivation.

Requirements

• Experience in people management, leadership development, coaching, or mentoring
• Strong understanding of first-line management responsibilities, including communication, performance management, problem-solving, and team leadership
• Ability to coach and support adult learners from diverse professional backgrounds
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
