Job Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy to transform the Kohl's business, leading the charge in transforming Kohl's into an AI-driven organization, and fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role focused on data science, analytics, or artificial intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives in a complex organization.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Ability to think strategically and develop a long-term vision, while also being able to execute and deliver tangible results.
