Komodo Health is seeking a Pricing Director to build and own a world-class pricing strategy that drives revenue growth, margin expansion, customer simplicity, and competitive differentiation across its product portfolio.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or monetization in B2B technology, with a clear track record of commercial impact.
- Specific experience with usage-based, consumption, or outcome-based pricing models.
- AI-forward: Demonstrates a thirst to understand how AI is reshaping pricing strategy and monetization. Actively uses AI tools to accelerate analysis, scenario modeling, and decision-making.
- Analytical rigor: Highly data-driven with strong financial modeling and analytical skills; comfortable turning large, messy datasets into clear pricing recommendations and economic models.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator: Proven ability to build trust and drive alignment across Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Builder mindset: Excels at taking ownership in environments where the function, processes, and systems need to be built from the ground up.
- Excellent communicator who can distill complex quantitative analyses into clear, confident recommendations for executive audiences.
- Additional skills and experience we’ll prioritize... Experience in healthcare IT, life sciences, data/analytics, or other complex B2B markets.
- More technical proficiency for analysis, e.g., SQL.
