Job Description
Drive impact through performance, reward and people strategy as a Performance & Reward Manager for KONE in Australia and New Zealand. Lead and shape total rewards and performance management practices, develop competitive and performance-driven compensation frameworks, and foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (8–12 years) in Performance & Reward / Total Rewards
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, incentive design and performance management
- Proven experience managing sales compensation frameworks
- Solid understanding of reward practices and regulations across Australia & New Zealand
- Advanced analytical capability with experience in HRIS (e.g. Workday), Excel and Power BI
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
