Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team. This role supports a large-scale enterprise technology initiative focused on building modern, AI-driven applications within a highly collaborative engineering environment.
Requirements
- Lead and manage an engineering team delivering enterprise-level applications, ensuring high-quality outcomes and predictable delivery
- Remain hands-on with development using.NET, Angular/React, and cloud-based architectures
- Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and code quality standards across the team
- Partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure alignment with modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
- Drive adoption of best practices in performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and product
