Job Description
We are seeking a Lawyer Financial Services - In house litigation for a temporary position in our Crypto platform's Legal - Europe Litigation team. The role involves managing legal efforts, providing legal advice, and supporting the development of legal strategy to reduce the risk of disputes.
Requirements
- Common law qualified litigation counsel
- Min 3 PQE
- Strong dispute resolution background
- Exposure to the financial, banking or crypto sector
- Experience with handling regulatory inquiries, requests for information and investigations
- Ability to work independently and report matters efficiently
- Solid legal technical expertise and sound business and people judgment sense
