Relationship Manager-HOUSING FINANCE-Sales

The Relationship Manager-HOUSING FINANCE role focuses on managing sales and distribution through channels and open markets, adding new Sales Associates and building growth within the Direct Sales team. This involves managing Builder relations, handling project approvals, and generating additional revenue through insurance, CASA, and credit card sales, as well as coordinating cross-selling with Home Finance products.

Requirements

• Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels
• Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches
• Manage and grow the Direct Sales team
• Marketing and encashing catchment areas
• Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property/HF
• Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
• Ensure Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores
