Senior Service Officer OJT - BRANCH BANKING - Branch Banking

This is a full-time Banking Officer Job Role within Branch Banking. The role focuses on enhancing deposit funds, establishing service standards, and selling non-deposit products (MF and insurance). Responsibilities include branch administration, regulatory compliance, team management, and achieving break-even and overall P&L goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Banking experience, 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities
• Sales experience with Liabilities products
• Good leadership skills (tactical focus, not strategic)
• In-depth financial instruments, markets, and macro micro economic processes understanding
• Ability to understand and manage the entire customer service cycle
• Liaison with product, marketing and other centers for new product development
