Senior Service Officer OJT - BRANCH BANKING - Branch Banking

This is a full-time Banking Officer Job Role within Branch Banking, focusing on customer service, sales, and administrative tasks. The role involves enhancing deposit pools, standardizing service delivery, and selling non-deposit products. It also covers Branch Administration, regulatory compliance, and maintaining team morale.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Banking experience, with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities
• Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products
• Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB
• Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic)
• Thinker: Doer – 40:60
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes
• Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle
• Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
