Requirements

• Qualification – MBA and/or Professional Degree preferred
• At least 5-7 years of experience in sales management
• Strong understanding of CD Business (preferred)
• Team player, Relationship person and willing to travel widely
• Team handling experience (with supervisory role experience)
• Must have on-roll team handling experience
