Job Description
KPMG is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors, LMS Consultant to configure, implement, and support the LMS SAP SuccessFactors suite. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT professionals to understand the organization's talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SF – Employee Central Payroll implementation.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning processes and best practices.
