Responsible for delivering commercial results in the region for Kraft Heinz, leading account strategy and execution in the field to maximize sell-in/sell-out, strengthen relationships with clients and develop a team that consistently performs above targets.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the regional sales plan to achieve numerical and weighted distribution, product listing, revenue, and profitability goals for the KHC portfolio.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with the regional team, ensuring alignment on joint business plans, service levels, and execution requirements.
- Assume responsibility for the performance cadence of the region: tracking KPIs, trend analysis, and comments on performance (value/volume, distribution, margin, execution KPIs, as applicable).
- Recruit, integrate, and develop a high-performing sales team: define clear objectives, training/coaching plans, field follow-up, and performance management.
- Coordinate the necessary data for commercial closing at the end of the month/year (as applicable): sales result confirmations, expense tracking, and problem resolution with the Finance Department and Supply Chain to ensure accurate reports.
